HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3243 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has circulated letter, dated 03.04.2021, to the Registrar (Judicial), to the effect that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to her before the concerned Court. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
