ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been considering the representation, dated 16.09.2015, submitted by the mother of the petitioner, for payment of compensation for the purported acquisition of the property forming part of house No.
12-8-403/C, on plot No.5 in survey No.796/1/3 admeasuring 339 sq.yds. or 283 sq.mtrs. of Allugaddabavi, Mettuguda, Secunderabad, for the purpose of road widening.
A perusal of the aforesaid representation submitted by the mother of the petitioner shows that it was received by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC Circle, on 16.09.2015; that the aforesaid property was purchased by her from one M.V.Krishna Swamy, S/o.late M.V.Bhasyam Iyenger, through registered sale deed bearing document No.2341/2005, dated 21.09.2005; that out of the said property an extent admeasuring 168 sq.yds or 140.26 sq.mtrs. was acquired by the GHMC for the purpose of road widening from Chordune bridge to Mettuguda promising to pay compensation; and that so far compensation has not been paid. In the light of the above grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to examine the aforesaid representation, dated 16.09.2015, with reference to the record, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
