On 25-1-2016, when the matter has come up for hearing, no representation was made on behalf of appellant, therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 5-2-2016 under the caption "For Dismissal". In spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal, when the matter has come up for hearing today, adjournment is sought casually without showing any sufficient cause, which indicates that petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case.

Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this appeal, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
