ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed to quash the order, dated 30.04.2013, in O.A.No.1276 of 2011 (in O.A.No.6779 of 2008 and batch) on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad - respondent No.3.

2. Mr.T.B.B.Krishna Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 01.06.2016, to the Registry for posting the case under the caption 'For Withdrawal' on the ground that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have been acting in favour of the petitioner. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

4. In the light of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
