The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent No.3 is interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of plots bearing Nos.216, 255, and 66A in Sy.No.179/ 2, situated at Chinamusidiwada village, Pendurthi Mandalam, Visakhapatnam District.

When the Writ Petition came up for admission on 16.9.2013, this Court passed interim order in favour of the petitioners directing the respondents not to interfere. Since then, no steps have been taken by the respondents and it is presumed that no cause of action survives. However, in view of the interim order passed by the Court, no further orders need to be passed at present.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
