THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.9817 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the grievance canvassed in this Writ Petition is covered by order dated 06.03.2014 in W.P.No.1339 of 2014 and batch, wherein this Court has considered the description of T.S.Nos.159/2 and 162/2 of Salur Village as 'Gramakantam' and the legality of refusal to register the subject lands on the ground of the same being described as 'Gramakantam'.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is ordered in terms and conditions of the order dated 06.03.2014 passed in W.P.No.1339 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
