HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6273 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard.

2) The Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner/ accused No.1 to file fresh application for quashing the final report of the police including part-II CD and other material and the cognizance, if any, taken by learned Magistrate. In the meantime, the petitioner/ accused No.1 shall not be arrested.

3) The additional material filed by the accused is left open to submit to Investigating Officer to consider as part of investigation. As crime is of the year 2012, the police shall complete the investigation and file final report within three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
