HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4140 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.303 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

2. Heard.

3. The condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar in Crl.M.P.No.303 of 2015 while granting bail to the petitioner/A.3 to execute a self bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties in the shape of fixed deposit is modified that of executing a self bond for Rs.25,000/- with two local sureties with immovable property solvency.
