THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36231 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Agency Court was not taking steps to number the suit filed by her as long back as on 22.01.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the District Collector and Agent to Government, Khammam District, addressed letter dated 05.02.2019 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, State of Telangana, informing him that the suit filed by the petitioner was taken on file as O.S.No.32 of 2018 and the I.A. filed therein was numbered as I.A.No.39 of 2018. The Collector further stated that the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.11.2018 and was adjourned to 02.02.2019 and thereafter, to 01.06.2019, for written statement/counter. In the light of this development, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner stands settled. It is left open to the petitioner to seek early disposal of the application filed in the pending suit for interim relief. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
