This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A.2, A.6 to A.8 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.119 of 2013 of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad.

When the matter is posted today, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 30.05.2017, issued by Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, would submit that the said crime was registered as C.C.No.1388 of 2013 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri and case was ended in acquittal by Judgment, dated 10.08.2016.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
