Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not receiving and entertaining the document presented by her for registration with regard to Plot No.2 in Sy.No.99/F2 situated at Kurnool Village, Mandal and District. The petitioner states that she has purchased the said land under registered sale deed vide Document No.563 of 2012, dated 12-11-2010. To enable registration of the said document, the vendor of the petitioner had approached this Court in W.P.No.24622 of 2010, which was disposed of on 04-10-2010. Hence, the very same objection cannot be raised once again, when the petitioner intends to execute and register document in favour of prospective purchaser.

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15-06-2015. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 2nd respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs.
