When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 06.07.2018, to the Superintendent of Police, Vizianagaram-third respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to consider the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending before the third respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 06.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
