HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9796 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.93 of 2013 of Tandur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

While so, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing the letter, dated 29.05.2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tandur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that the case was compromised before the Lok Adalat (Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tandur) on 13.08.2015 and thus, prayed to dismiss the criminal petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submissions, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
