This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.65 of 2013 on the file of Station House Officer, Velugodu Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 509, 420 and 465 IPC, 3 (1) (x) (xi) of SCs and STs (POA) Act and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the case is numbered as S.C.No.84 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
