Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner has claimed to have made a representation dt.27-02-2016 through his lawyer to the respondents opposing grant of pattas to landless poor persons in their land of extent of Ac.18.49 cts in Sy. No.243 of Nagasamudram Revenue village, which according to the petitioner originally belongs to his ancestor Gongiti Marasannagari Obanna.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondents have not considered the said representation even though it was submitted more than a month back.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondents will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to
consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
