In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A4 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.760 of 2014 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad which was registered against them for the offence under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 14.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that this case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 20.05.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.760 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.
