Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing counsel for TSRTC. 2.

Against the order of removal as affirmed by the appellate authority and revisional authority, petitioner preferred Mercy Petition to the Executive Director, on 23.06.2018. Alleging inaction in considering his Mercy petition, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel agree for disposal of writ petition by fixing time limit for consideration on the Mercy Petition.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Executive Director, Hyderabad-2nd respondent to pass orders on the Mercy Petition preferred by the petitioner on 23.06.2018, by assigning due reasons in support of the decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
