When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. 2.

As the petitioner is seeking reinstatement into service, the relief sought by him at this stage, cannot be granted. However, if any terminal benefits, to which the petitioner is entitled are payable, the respondents shall sanction and disburse the terminal benefits to the petitioner, in accordance with rules, within a period of four weeks. 2.

With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.
