K.Vikramarka Chakravathy v. State Of Telangana

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36601 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not taking any action on the F-Line application dated 09.03.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking to conduct survey and fixing boundaries of their land admeasuring Acs.3.05 guntas in Survey No.129/60 (old) Survey No.143 (new), situated at Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 09.03.2018, made by the petitioners, at the earliest.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to deal with the application, if they are otherwise entitled to and in case they are not intending to consider the application and conduct survey, order may be passed giving reasons and the same shall be communicated to the petitioners forthwith. It is needless to mention that the entire process shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
