HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7959 & 7960 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.7983 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.314 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar at Godavarikhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 495, 420 and 120-B IPC.

2. Pending the criminal petition, both parties filed Crl.M.P.Nos.7959 and 7960 of 2015 along with affidavits of the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant represented through GPA holder and petitioner No.1/A.1 and a joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.

3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant through GPA holder since present with the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 and that A.3 and A.4 are permitted to be represented through A.2.

4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7959 and 7960 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.314 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar at Godavarikhani, are quashed against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4.

The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
