THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1972 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 13.08.2014 in W.P.No.12577 of 2006.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.12577 of 2006 on 13.08.2014 directing the first respondent therein (respondent herein) to review the case of the petitioner in the light of acquittal in the criminal cases and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now a counter-affidavit is filed stating that in pursuance of the orders of this Court, an order was passed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kavali on 16.12.2014 granting permission to close the rowdy sheet pending against the petitioner.
