Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject mater of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No. 18210 of 2015 dated 23.6.2015.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No. 18210 of 2015 dated 23.6.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
