HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1528 of 2011 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent filed Memo dated 11.09.2019 enclosing a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner.

From a perusal of the said death certificate, it is evident that the petitioner died on 20.01.2015. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
