ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.20 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubnagar District, against them.

2. The second respondent herein filed D.V.C.No.20 of 2014 against her husband i.e., first petitioner, and other petitioners stating that all the petitioners are harassing her both physically and mentally by demanding additional dowry. In view of the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings and the investigation may go on. However, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is necessary for disposal of the case.
