THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33438 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not filing the final report pursuant to registration of crime.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that Crime No.14 of was investigated and the investigation was completed. A final report was filed before the concerned Court on 29.02.2016 vide SR No.427 of 2016. A copy of the final report is also made available to this Court.

In the circumstances, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
