This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, assailing the docket order, dated 05.02.2014, of the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, passed in I.A.No.592 of 2013 in O.S.No.108 of 2011.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant submits that since the trial Court decreed the suit with costs on 21.04.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
