HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36030 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the application dated 19.5.2018, submitted by the petitioners through Mee Seva, seeking to enter their names in the revenue record, in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.06 cents, situated at Sy.No.58G, Ac.0.57 cents, situated at Sy.No.60C2 of the 1st petitioner, Ac.0.08 cents, situated at Sy.No.58G, Ac.0.59 cents situated at Sy.No.60C2 of the 2nd petitioner and Ac.0.06 cents, situated at Sy.No.58G, Ac.0.57 cents, situated at Sy.No.60C2 of Poolachinta Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted an application through Mee Seva on 19.5.2018 seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour for the subject lands, the respondents 2 and 3 did not take any action so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 19.5.2018, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour for the subject lands and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
