This writ petition was filed seeking release of the allotment of essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.28. The case was adjourned on 08-10-2015 and the learned Government Pleader was provided with instructions in the matter. The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.25057 of 2015 challenging the orders of suspension and though initially the interim suspension of the order, dated 2907-2015 was granted for a period of two (2) weeks it was extended until further orders by order, dated 24-08-2015. The 3rd respondent understood that the extension was only for a period of two (2) weeks and in those circumstances the Tahsildar, Khajipet Mandal was addressed a letter to make alternative arrangements. The understanding of the 3rd respondent is not correct.

In this circumstances, the writ petition is allowed by directing the 3rd respondent to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner so long as the order of this Court in W.P.No.25057 of 2015 continues. The writ petition is accordingly allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________ A.
