O R D E R

Heard the counsel for the petitioner at the stage of admission. From the material on record it could be seen that the petition filed by the plaintiff in I.A.No.300/2014 in O.S.No.146/2007 on the file of XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna District at Vijayawada for clubbing of present suit in O.S.No.146/2007 with O.S.No.36/2001 was dismissed on 23.07.2014 and for the very same relief, the plaintiff filed the present I.A.No.684/2015 in O.S.No.146/2007 and the court below by impugned order dated 1.12.2015, taking the earlier dismissal, dismissed the present I.A. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and the revision is devoid of any merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
