When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous as the petitioner has served out the entire sentence and the cause in the revision does not survive.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
