I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.16036 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition No.iii of paragraph No.6 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.16036 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
