This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in demolishing the compound wall in building premises bearing Municipal No.8-3-783 in an area of 125.41 sq. yards, situated at Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 13.07.2012 no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
