This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.379 of 2010 on the file of the Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 416 and 420 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
