HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO W.P.M.P.No.2157 of 2017 IN/AND W.P.No.40343 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 3rd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.320 of 2016 of Narayanpet Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the W.P.M.P.No.2157 of 2017 and the Writ Petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
