This Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.690 of 2009 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh that the prosecution itself has withdrawn the C.C.No.690 of 2009 pending on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
