HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35961 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 on petitioners'

representation dated 07.12.2017, submitted for deletion of their agricultural landed properties admeasuring Acs.7.50 cents covered in Survey No.167/2 of Pentakota Revenue village in Payakaraopet mandal of Visakhapatnam District, from the prohibited properties for registration on the file of respondent No.4 under Section 22-A (1)(a) of Registration Act, 1908 and Rules framed thereunder, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 07.12.2017, as early as possible. 4) Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said representation is in accordance with law, the same would be dealt with at the earliest.

5) Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to deal with the representation dated 07.12.2017, made by the petitioner, for deletion of their agricultural landed properties referred above, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
