The petitioners are A1 to A3 in Crime No.170 of 2018 of Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The crime is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 341 r/w 34 IPC. 2.
The petitioners, who went unsuccessful in seeking anticipatory bail before the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.2826 of 2018 by order dated 24.09.2018, moved this Court in seeking anticipatory bail. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana in opposing the same and perused the F.I.R., the bail application averments, Part I case diary and the dismissal order of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cumIX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 4.
A perusal of the record shows there are allegations about the accused persons attacked the de facto complainant and pillion rider with nickel punch and sticks, from which the de facto complainant lost two teeth.

Taking into consideration of the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
