Koyalamudi Bhaskar Rao v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35951 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in withholding the sale deed of the petitioner without registration and not releasing the same though the land sold is not an assigned land and purchased the same by the ancestors of the petitioners way back in the year 1955, as illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though the petitioner submitted the document on 21.2.2018 for registration, the 2nd respondent till date neither registered the same nor returned the document.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
Having regard to above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the document CS No.1082/2018, presented by the petitioner on 21.2.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
