HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6478 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.496 of 2010 on the file of Chaitanyapuri P.S., Cyberabad.

Heard Sri Srinivas Emani, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 28.08.2010 and it was taken cognizance by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, and numbered as C.C.552 of 2011 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.496 of 2010, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, stay was granted for a period of four weeks from 30.10.2014.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
