2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2015 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, was dismissed for default on 28.09.2016.

3. The present transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of the said H.M.O.P. Therefore, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said H.M.O.P. is restored to file.
