THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24994 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking release of petitioner's tractor and trailer bearing Reg.No.AP-04V5675 and AP-04V-5676 seized by 2nd respondent. 2.

It is not in dispute that F.I.R.No.244 of 2016 of P.S. Miryalguda (R) has been registered on 15-07-2016 against the petitioner and his driver and matter is pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Miryalguda. 3.

Therefore, granting liberty to petitioner to approach the said Magistrate for release of the said vehicle under Section 451 Cr.P.C., this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
