THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.38817 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioners claim to have encroached upon the Government land to an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in survey No.938/6 of Ramudupallem Village, Indukurpet Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. It is stated that they are landless poor persons and belong to Scheduled Caste Community, and are eligible for assignment of Government Land. The petitioners have made representation dated 3.09.2014 to the 3rd respondent, with a prayer to grant patta in terms of B.S.O.15(10)

(5) of the A.P. Board Stand Orders, but in vain. Hence the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Interests of justice would be met, if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, subject to the Board Standing Orders and dispose of the representations. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners for grant of pattas subject to their eligibility. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
