Aggrieved by the order of transfer transferring the petitioner from Z.P.S.S., Mallelamadugu to Z.P.S.S., Naikangudem in Khammam District, petitioner preferred appeal on 07.07.2018 before the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Hyderabad. Alleging that the said appeal is not disposed of, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioner preferred appeal and the same is stated to be pending, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to consider the said appeal and pass appropriate orders, if so far no orders are passed, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
