This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in demarcating the property of the petitioners bearing D.Nos.3-117, 3-116, 3-115, 3-114 and S.No.3/13, situated at Sangam Jagarlamudi village, Tenali Mandal, Guntur district, for road widening between Sangam Jagarlamudi village and Yedlapalli village, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the road has already been laid without touching the property of the petitioners, hence no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
