This Criminal Petition pertains to the year 2014, which is against P.R.C.No.26 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru. There was an interim stay only for a period of one week from 5.6.2014. Thereafter, the stay was not extended. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 is also not in a position to inform the stage of the case before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent and there is no representation on his behalf. It seems that he is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

2. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
