THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39567 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner in this Writ Petition assails the action of the 4th respondent in not disposing of the petitioner's representation dt.25.02.2015 with regard to completion of work of restoration of surplus wier, sluice and right side of irrigation channel of Marrivootlavagu Reservoir at Basinenipalli (v) in Seetaramapuram (m) of SPSR Nellore District.

3. The Government Pleader for Irrigation states that the 4th respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.25.02.2015 with regard to the above subject matter within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if

any, shall stand dismissed.
