THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C. No.535 of 2016 ORDER :

Petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 28-02-2014 passed in C.F.R.No.492 of 2013 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Koilakuntla, Kurnool District, wherein and whereby the learned Magistrate allowed the protest petition filed by the Respondent No.1 herein.

This Court perused the records and heard the arguments.

After perusal of the record this Court is of the view that there is no need to interfere with the order impugned, but, in any event, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial court is dispensed with, except the dates on which the trial Court insists for his appearance.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision shall stand closed.
