This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed challenging the Order dt.

25.09.2018 in Proceedings No.RC.B/ 461/ 2018 passed by the Tahsildar and Mandal Executive Magistrate, Velugodu Mandal, Kurnool District. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted a Letter dt. 16.10.2018 whereby the Orders passed by the Tahsildar and Mandal Executive Officer were withdrawn in MC No.1/ 2018 dt. 13.01.2018.

In view of the Letter submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, no orders need be passed in the present petition in view of withdrawal of the Orders passed by the Tahsildar and Mandal Executive Magistrate, Velugodu Mandal, Kurnool District. With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
