Though the matter was listed on 21.07.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 22.07.2015 'for dismissal'. Even on 22.07.2015 also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today also, when the matter is called in the morning and in the afternoon, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim orders granted on 27.06.2012 shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
