HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35997 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not granting permission to the petitioner association to use the bore well from the adjacent land in Sy.No.10/ AA and 11/ AA situated at Sogbowli Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of representations dated 23.05.2017 and 12.05.2018 followed by personal visits, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though they made applications on 23.05.2017 and 12.05.2018, till date no permission was granted.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representations, if they are entitled to.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to deal with the representations dated 23.05.2017 and 12.05.2018, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to, in accordance with law, at an earliest.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
